Terms and Conditions of Real Estate Auction

The property will sell in its present existing condition with all faults and without warranties provided by the seller or REALTOR/Auctioneers whatsoever.  A 6% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price. The property will sell for cash. $3,000 or 10% of the contract price (whichever is greater) down the day of auction with the remainder due upon delivery of the deed and marketable title.
